Currency

All orders through PayPal are charged in US Dollars, currency converters are included for information only.

As our costings are based on Thai Baht, web prices may vary periodically in line with fluctuations in international currency exchange rates.

Note: Invoice cost will always be price as shown on the web site at time of order.

Shipping & Taxes

Your order at Issan Inspirations is completed uniquely for you, and once ready it is sent directly to you by courier. As a receipt signature is required by the courier company, delivery to a PO Box cannot be accepted, but a physical address must be given.

Shipping time is approximately 5-7 days. On dispatch of your order, Issan Inspirations will notify you via email with the courier details and expected delivery date.

Where multiple items are purchased, the most economical batch size for the courier will be reviewed and advised.

All orders are shipped free of charge. Bedcovers, robes and cushion sets are couriered.(5-7 days). Coaster/Sample Sets and individual cushions are posted using registered mail. (please allow up to 28 days).

Under normal circumstances, items should be dispatched within 10 working days of order confirmation.

If ordering large quantities of silk for curtains etc, where the silk is being custom ordered and woven, then please allow 6-8 weeks.

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Thai taxes.

All VAT taxes, customs and import duties (if any) liable for the importation of goods into the country of the delivery address are the responsibility of the customer/consignee.Note: the customer is classed as the importer.

Issan Inspirations Refunds Policy

At Issan Inspirations we do our best to ensure that a high quality product reaches you. All products are checked prior to packing, however, it is recommended that all goods are inspected upon receipt.

Should you believe that there is a quality flaw in your product and you wish to obtain a refund, then please email us at sales@iisilk.com stating your sales receipt number, SR-xxxxx, within 7 days of receipt. You will then be given an authorization code and the address where to return the goods.

Products should then be returned by courier, unused and undamaged and in their original packaging to Issan Inspirations at the address given with the authorization code. The goods must be received by Issan Inspirations within 30 days of your authorization code being issued.

Please note that the inclusion of silk slubs (flecks) within the 4-ply silk is not a flaw, but is the property that gives hand-reeled and hand-woven Thai silk its unique texture and character.

Issan Inspirations regret that custom order items cannot be refunded.

Issan Inspirations highly recommends that a sample set of drinks coasters is purchased to ensure that the colours ordered are as required, and are not distorted by computer screen or printer settings. Note: The purchase price (excluding P&P) of a coaster set is automatically refunded, if a bedcover is subsequently ordered.

Disputes

In the unlikely event that any dispute should occur, the laws of Thailand will govern.
